Returns for Store Credit:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you Store Credit
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your Store Credit will be processed, and you will be notified via e-mail with an attached credit slip pdf file. Store Credit does not expire.
Redeeming Store Credit:
When you wish to use the credit contact us via e-mail with the title of the item/items you wish to purchase with the credit. Shipping charges will apply. Please also attach the credit slip that was e-mailed to you and we will verify with our records. Store Credit can also be redeemed at the physical store. You must have a print out of your credit slip pdf at time of redemption.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, tracking number will prevent lost packages. Without one we will not guarantee a store credit if the package becomes lost.
