Free Shipping to all USA orders. All orders to USA ship USPS First Class with Tracking. Adorn Is not responsible for lost or damaged packages or any additional customs. I am currently not shipping worldwide. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Returns for Store Credit:
Gift Certificates cannot be returned and hold no cash value.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you Store Credit
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
Redeeming Store Credit:
When you wish to use the credit contact us via e-mail with the title of the item/items you wish to purchase with the credit. Shipping charges will apply. Store Credit can also be redeemed at events and shows.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, tracking number will prevent lost packages. Without one we will not guarantee a store credit if the package becomes lost.
